We take pride in our extensive training program for not just our riders but our entire team. Our riders go through an induction program when hired and one day every month is dedicated to staff training and support. We ensure that each one of our delivery staff is in line with our companies’ vision and reflects our image to the highest standard.

Are your riders familiar with the local roads?

ViaMe’s drivers are experienced in deliveries and are well informed of Dubai’s road network and can anticipate usual traffic congestion routes.

How does your pricing compare to another delivery or courier service?

We use state of the art route planning technology for our vehicles, it enables them to accurately predict when each day’s deliveries are expected to be made. As a result, we send out information to the receivers of parcels via text and/or email.

Global positioning systems (GPS) technology is essential in tracking packages, deliveries and drivers throughout the logistics and delivery processes. With our app and web portal, we can pinpoint the exact location, allowing us to deliver packages to you faster and more efficiently.

How do I sign up to use ViaMe Delivery Service?

You can sign up through our website or by downloading our app.

To sign up through the website, go to and click on Schedule Order and then Create an account.

Where can I download the app?

The app can be downloaded from the google play store if you have an android phone or app store if you have an iPhone.

What kind of smart phone do I need?

To use the ViaMe app you need an Android or iPhone. Below are the specifications for each type of phone.


Android version 4.4 (Kitkat) or higher

Minimum RAM memory 1GB or higher

Camera, GPS, SIM Card


iOS version 10 or higher

What do I do if the app isn’t working?

Email us at [email protected] with the problem you are facing. We are available around the clock to provide all the assistance and support you need.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

From the website, click on schedule order and then click on Forgot password.

From the app, go to the login page and click on forgot password.

What are your service hours?

Our moto is if you need a delivery instantly, we will get it done! And to deliver on this ViaMe operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.


What cities do you provide service to in the UAE?

We provide all instant/schedule delivery to all Emirates.

What time of the day can I book?

Anytime, anyplace! You can schedule a pickup time and our drivers will accept the job as soon as possible.

Can my driver pick up a purchase for me?

Yes, anything to reduce your daily pressure! Just provide proof of purchase such as the receipt and pickup location, and we will get your purchase to you as soon as humanly possible! You can also chat with your appointed driver over our mobile chat function.

I need a driver for a couple of hours and multiple trips, what are my options?

Currently, we don’t have this service available. You can book multiple orders through our app.

Can I ride along with my driver?

Sorry! ViaMe delivers items, not people!

Can I cancel a job?

ViaMe allows a grace window period of 5 minutes to cancel the order free of charge. ViaMe has the right to suspend a user from our services if numerous fraudulent collections were placed frequently. We value our driver’s time.


How does the rating system work?

The rating system ensures that the best drivers are rewarded with more jobs, and helps us monitor both drivers and customers. Other customers can also make the rider selection based on these ratings. Perks are given to the top scorers every month.

How do I track my package?

Once you book your rider and select the payment option, you will see a map that shows the rider’s exact location and movement. You can see live updates on the map until he reaches the destination.

How am I notified when my parcel is being delivered?

You will be notified via push notification once your rider is near you.

How will I know my driver has arrived?

You will receive a notification on the app that your driver has arrived.

What if my driver has arrived and my package is not ready?

We allow a waiting period of 5 minutes after which the job is automatically cancelled. A cancellation fees may apply.

What if my package is not delivered? How long it will take to get it back?

In the rare case that your package is not delivered, it will be returned to you as soon as possible

While sending a parcel, is there any guideline for the packaging of my shipment to follow?

The package should be able to fit within a 45x45x45cm box.

What kind of items are allowed to be delivered?

Anything that can fit our rider’s box (45x45x45cm). We do not deliver anything which is prohibited by United Arab Emirates rules and regulation. A complete list of restricted items can be found here.

How much does it cost to send a package?

Our rates based on distance.

What payment options do you offer?

ViaMe is very flexible with its payment options. The following payment modes are accepted:

  • COD (cash on delivery)

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept visa, master card and American Express.

How can I get my cash if I opt for cash on delivery (COD) payment?

ViaMe processes funds and transfers them directly to your bank account within 2-3 business days. If requested, we can send cash directly to your desired location (additional fee may apply).

How do I get my refund if I cancel an order?

If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 5 minutes of order placement to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellation request made after 5 minutes will be nonrefundable. For any technical issues related to cancellation please send an email within 24 hours of the order placement to suppor[email protected] with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Can a business register and if so, how?
